In first round intramural playoff action yesterday Senior Stadium fans witnessed one of the finest games of the season, a well played game packed with drama and suspense. In the end Captain Joe Howder’s Husky Boys barely slipped by Captain Connor Haupt’s Brick Squad 35 to 34. Mvps were Joe Howder and Chris Carlin, Connor Haupt and Joey Mazzeo. Captain Joey Ziber’s Double Discount team left Captain Christian Polak’s team Flocka Flame in the dust outscoring them 22 to 0. Most outstanding players were Drew Madsen and Joey Ziber. Captain Connor Speed’s Lord’s Force squeaked by Captain Lance Martin’s Go Daddy.Com 15 to 6. Finally a game between Captain Phil Park’s Party at My Place and Captain Matt Morton Morton’s Whoos was not resolved because of a late penalty. This game will be decided Monday with one play. Intramural playoffs continue Monday on the road to the final four and the Superbowl game.
