Welcome to Saints
We are a diverse, urban, Catholic high school for young men founded in the Augustinian tradition of unity, truth and love. We believe young men are best educated together in an open atmosphere surrounded by Christ’s love and strong adult mentoring.
Come and see the profound difference a Catholic, Augustinian college preparatory education can provide your son. When young men are challenged to grow and become Christian leaders in the world around them, our community and our society benefit. As each of us knows full well, living a Catholic, Christian life in today’s world is difficult at best. It behooves us to invest in our sons during these challenging adolescent years when boys grow into young men. We believe Saints provides the right education for young men at this critical juncture of their lives. Providing your sons with the love of Christ and a world class education is the right blend to build young men into strong leaders who are committed to living their lives based on Christ’s love.
For over one hundred years, St. Augustine High School has been making a critical difference in San Diego and beyond. While providing a 21st century boys centered education, the faculty and administration challenge your family to take a closer look at the Saints’ experience – an experience that truly changes lives.
It is our goal to nurture and produce young men who are intellectually competent, maturing in their faith, and open to the world around them. Parents have many educational choices for their sons. While no school is perfect for every student, it is our belief that, as the only Catholic, all boys school in San Diego, Saints offers an education which holistically addresses the excellent development of each student’s God-given gifts.
In an ever-changing and competitive environment of modern higher education the academic and personal foundations established at St. Augustine High School are designed not just to prepare your son to get into a great college, but more importantly provide him with the skills that will help him graduate from a great college.
