In playoff action yesterday senior stadium fans witnessed a passionate confrontation between two resilient teams. During this robust skirmish towels, shoes, penalty flags and players frequently with on the mud-spattered turf. The team called We’re Just Joe Keane captained by Greg Heid encountered a defiant opponent and scarcely defeated Chanco’s Sweats which was captained by Ulises Osuna. Final score Keane 34, Sweats 28. Mvps were Greg Heid, Chris Barr and Ulises Osuna.
Los Mocos Co-captained by Michael Goodridge was able to scamper past an injury plagued team of wounded Chip Monks captained by Troy Archer. Meanwhile, Captain Sam Matney’s Pit Bulls ripped up the Cozenauts 30 to 18.
