Are you ready for some Dodgeball? Intramural Dodgeball is upon us. We will be starting the annual dodgeball tournament as soon as basketball playoffs are over. This year, the dodgeball tournament will be double-elimination. Rosters must have a minimum of 5 players and maximum of 8 and all team names must be appropriate. ATTENTION ALL SENIORS: Any senior interested in leading the Junior Retreat NEXT WEEK should stop by Campus Ministry TODAY for important information. The Junior Retreat is next Wednesday and Thursday, if you still need service hours and would like to lead this retreat stop by TODAY!!

 

MUSIC FANS: Don’t forget The Indie Collective is a new club that provides students the opportunity to share new music with each other. All you need to do is bring a song or songs on an ipod or cd to share with the other members of the Collective – all styles are welcome. You can also just come and listen if you like. Reminder: Hypnotist James Kellogg is back on campus this Friday at 1:30 after school. For those of you who missed out watching Marcus Thefeld and Matt Poulin get hypnotized last year, you don’t want to miss this. Webb’s Boys defeated the Great Balls of Fire 35-7

Boychowder was put down by the Fun Boys 35-7

Speed Kills got past the Mean Machine 14-0.

 

Today’s games will be Dominance versus Way Too Fast on the lower field.

Manchowder will take on Los Huerfanos on the soccer field.

Boychowder will play Webb’s Boys on the soccer field as well.

INTRAMURAL SPORTS CENTER NEWS WEDNESDAY MARCH 3, 2010-DAY 3-PLAY OFFS

March Madness continued yesterday as six teams marched down the road to the final four. In dynamic playoff action Captain Nathan Plein’s Lost Cause arrested Captain Phillip Ona’s Wu Tang Clan 28 to 27. Meanwhile out in the sun Captain Nathan Rains’ Chickens penned up Captain Joey Ramm’s Fold-Up Chairs 29 to 15. Back in the kitchen after heating up the barbeque Captain Juan Moreno’s Home Cooking crew grilled Captain Drew Madsen’s H I & 1 30 to 20. Honored as most valuable for their teams were: Tom Dixon, Nathan Rains and Brandon Griffin. Lost Cause, the Chickens and Home Cooking move into the semi and quarter finals of the basketball playoffs on Thursday of this week.
